The meaning is in the name. What we have crafted is a drink that looks like, tastes like, is presented like and is made like traditional gin but without the alcohol.
Non-alcoholic should literally mean that. Therefore, we have created a process that does not utilise alcohol at any stage of crafting whilst not compromising on extracting a complex and intense flavour from the heart of the botanicals.
In creating STILLERS® we source the finest organically grown botanicals which we combine with age old maceration processes and the traditional copper pot distillation to give you a non-alcoholic gin like product matching the complex flavour intensity of traditional gin.
We are traditional, we are nature lovers. We feel there is a need for a non-alcoholic beverage reminiscent of gin that provides a grown-up alternative to drinking alcohol.
