Silk Roots is an alcohol free 100% copper pot distilled intense aromatic drink with sweetness and warmth from clove and cardamom complemented by spicy sweet pungent notes from cinnamon and sweetness and bitterness from citrus. It contains no added flavours, colours, sweeteners or sugar and is calorie free. The drink draws inspiration from the Silk Roads and is best served as 50 ml over ice, topped up with tonic and garnished with a slice of orange and a quill of cinnamon bark. It is perfect for adding a punchiness to cocktails.
